What do you hope to remember?
2012 was full of amazing memories that I hope to hold on to for the rest of my life. London Semester. Camp. The craziest semester of my life. There are so many memories, laughs, spiritual epiphanies, and life crowded into this past year.
Some major moments I want to remember in 2012….
….living in London.
….seeing Sweeney Todd from the front row starring Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton.
…the best day ever in London: spending a Saturday exploring the city, seeing the Swingle Singers in concert, walking home in the snow, and staying up until 4am with my home stay family.
…all the information given to us by Mr. and Mrs. Rumbelow about London.
…having a quiet time on the dock of the hostel in the Lake District in northern England.
…the weekend spent in Rome.
…all those nights walking the Waterloo Bridge late at night.
…coming back to America and being welcomed by a huge crowd of amazing friends.
…ASL week and sleeping on the Quad in hammocks with Dakota and Anne Marie.
…Denny’s runs at camp.
…getting the chance to have the time of my life onstage as stage host for CentriKid.
…Michael, Cameron, Jamie, and all of the kids that God used to break my heart this summer.
…the best Welcome Week ever.
…New Orleans trip with members of The Crew.
…starting a new job as photographer and blogger for Telecounseling at MC.
…spending Labor Day weekend in Atlanta with some pretty cool friends.
…getting to host Follies.
…planning and the craziness of Shawreth Informal 2012.
…KMC 2012.
…being invited to direct at 2013 CentriKid team.
I wish I could remember every detail of 2012, and luckily, I wrote most things down in the Moleskine notebook I carry everywhere.
